The formulation of business strategy isn’t just about planning, goal-setting, or figuring out your next move. It’s about creating a business that actually fits your life, one that gives you freedom, fulfillment, and, let’s be honest, money without constant exhaustion.
The problem is in our society we are taught to build a business based on hustle. We are sold a tall tale that eventually things will finally “slow down” once we’re successful. Unfortunately, if you build your business on stress, it will always demand more stress. However, if you build it with alignment, clarity, and ease, that’s exactly how it will operate.
This is why I believe in a manifestation-first approach to business strategy success. Instead of grinding your way to success, let’s take an approach that actually works, one that aligns your energy, gets you clear on your path, and helps you grow your business without the burnout spiral.
Here is how to structure your week for alignment, instead of frustration.
Monday: Define Your Business Vision Where Manifestation Meets Strategy
If you don’t know where you’re going, how do you expect to get there? Monday is about big vision energy. Before you start planning out the types of business strategy that might work for you, get clear on what you actually want.
Not just how much money you want to make, but how you want to feel in your business. Do you want spacious mornings? A calendar full of dream clients? A business that pays you well while still giving you time to actually enjoy your life?
Write it down. Journal it out. Scripting your business success is the first step in manifesting it. Because if you don’t define it, you’ll default to what you’ve been conditioned to believe…overwork, struggle, and constantly chasing the next milestone.
Tuesday: Identify Your Strengths, Your Business Strategy Level Starts Here
Too many people build a business based on what they think will sell, not on what they actually enjoy doing. I can’t tell you how many business coaches I have encountered that encouraged me to sell what was popular and sorta fit my passion but at the end of the day, those ideas felt more like a chore then a business I would love. But here’s the thing, your strengths shape your offers, your marketing, and ultimately, your long-term success.
What do people naturally come to you for? Don’t forget, what lights you up? What do you teach, talk about, or share that feels effortless? That’s your business strategy level one…starting with what actually feels good.
If you ignore this step and build a business just for the money, you’ll end up resenting it. And that’s the last thing we want. After all, I am sure your 9-5 is something that pays but doesn’t light you up or you wouldn’t be thinking of stepping away to start your own business.
Wednesday: Get Clear on Your Ideal Client Because You’re Selling More Than a Service
If you’re not clear on who you’re serving, you’re going to struggle. But we’re not just talking demographics here. Your ideal client isn’t just an age range or job title. It’s someone with a problem they need solved and you are the solution.
Think about their struggles. What’s keeping them up at night? What do they need to hear to trust you? More importantly, how do they want to feel?
People don’t buy services or products, they buy transformation. Your business isn’t just offering a service; it’s offering a shift in their life, business, or mindset. The clearer you get, the easier everything else becomes. Babe, when I say easy I mean your messaging, your offers, even your marketing. This is the foundation of a strong growth business strategy.
Thursday: Pick Your Niche and Stop Overthinking It
Let’s be honest, this is where a lot of business owners get stuck. They spiral into overthinking, trying to find the perfect niche when in reality, clarity comes from action.
Your niche isn’t set in stone. You can refine it. You can pivot. But at some point, you have to pick a lane and start moving.
Think about it this way:
- What problem do you solve?
- Who do you solve it for?
That’s your niche. And the best part? It’s allowed to evolve. Your business strategy success isn’t about locking yourself into one thing forever, it’s about finding alignment and adjusting as you grow.
Friday: Align Your Energy Because Your Definition of Business Strategy Starts Here
Most business owners operate from fear. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear that they’re doing it wrong. But the best businesses are the ones that actually succeed long-term. Those types of businesses are built by people who operate from belief.
So here’s your Friday task: record a voice memo from your future, successful self.
Talk as if everything has already worked out. Describe the clients you have, the money you’re making, the freedom you’ve created. Speak it into reality.
Why? Because manifestation isn’t just about visualization…it’s about embodying that version of yourself now. Your energy creates momentum. Your business strategy level depends on how much you believe in what you’re building.
And when doubt creeps in? Play that memo back. Let it remind you of where you’re headed.
Saturday & Sunday: LIVE YOUR DAMN LIFE Because the Continuity of Business Strategy Depends on It
Here’s something that might shock you, because it shocked me at first but once I embraced it that’s when I finally had the business I always dreamed of…working 24/7 doesn’t actually make you more successful.
The continuity of business strategy isn’t about grinding non-stop, it’s about sustainability and dare I say creating a business that lets you finally LIVE your LIFE without work taking over. It’s about learning to balance work and joy so you don’t burn out before you even get started.
So your assignment for the weekend? Go do something fun. Guilt-free.
Because the more you feel good in your life now, the more you attract abundance, alignment, and opportunities. Success isn’t just about working hard, it’s about having the energy to already have what you want.
The Best Business Strategy is the One That Works for You
The formulation of business strategy isn’t just about structure, marketing plans, or sales tactics. Being the kick-ass CEO I already know you are is about building a business that actually feels good to run.
This routine is designed to help you align your energy, get clear on your path, and grow in a way that actually works for you. Because success isn’t just about hitting goals, it’s about creating a business that supports your life, not the other way around.
So, bestie, stop waiting for the “perfect” strategy and start taking aligned action.
