If your body associates business with stress, you’ll always feel like you’re chasing success instead of allowing it to come naturally. This 30-second breathing reset teaches your nervous system that it’s safe to experience ease in your business.
How to use this ritual:
- Set a reminder to pause every 30 minutes while working.
- When the timer goes off, stop what you’re doing and take three slow, deep breaths.
- As you breathe, say: “It is safe for me to succeed with ease.”
- Let your body relax, release tension, and then return to your work.
